Hello! My name is Brandon, I am 17 years old, and a Senior at Gaia Democratic School in Dinkytown Minnesota.
I've been connected to Bolder Options as a mentee, I was matched in January of 2020! It was a hard year, but Bolder Options made it work.
After graduation, I went on my first BWCA trip with my mentor, I have so many memories from that first trip that I hold very dear to me. I loved it so much that I decided to go again for a second time and third time.
I also participated in the Bolder Options I Believe program, and the follow up, I Achieve program. Now I am an Intern at Bolder Options, I am helping with preparations for the 2023 BWCA trip!
I love Bolder Options because it really feels like a place I can grow as a person, no matter who I am or where I come from. I've grown so much over the years, and I can easily say that Bolder Options is a big part of that. 
Through Bolder Options, I've learned to love the outdoors, love my open mindedness, and my passion for learning new things. I love that I learned to love myself  through Bolder Options!
