Vice President of Human Resources, Merrill Corporation

Deb LaMere has served on the Board of Bolder Options since 2007 because the organization “makes a direct impact on youth where it matters most.” She served as Chair between 2011 and 2015. She has also lent her professional skills to the program committee, the strategic planning committee, development committee, and fundraised as a Destination Marathon fundraiser in 2010.  Deb’s professional input and consistent leadership helped the program remain healthy through the recession.


Professionally, Deb is responsible for employee engagement, workforce development, and career-pathing for Merrill  Corporation. She holds a BA in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She lives in Minneapolis.
