Melanee Meegan is the Director of Marketing at Peace Coffee, a Twin Cities-based, mission-driven fair trade and organic coffee company. For over 20 years, she has helped Peace Coffee grow from its basement beginnings to a booming brand that is carried by large, national grocery stores, including Target. Melanee has touched every part of the Peace Coffee brand, from a recent rebrand and packaging change to a new website that doubled online sales.

 

Driven by the belief that people and businesses can make the world a better and kinder place, she brings tenacity, creativity, and empathy to her role as a marketer, brand steward, and mentor.

 

Melanee grew up in south Minneapolis and currently lives near Lake Nokomis with her partner and their son Francis. She has been a Bolder Options mentor since 2006 and currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board.
