Bob Wadsworth oversees core Operations’ functions across all Medica business segments. His span of control includes customer service, claims/payment integrity, enrollment & billing, print fulfillment, and provider credentialing and demographics.

 

He joined Medica in 2019, having held numerous executive positions over his 25 year health care career. Prior to Medica, he consulted with large health plan and provider clients in California to design and implement operations and technology initiatives at Freed Associates. Prior to that, he held line management roles at early stage healthcare companies while at Health Access Solutions and WebMD. His longest tenure was at Blue Shield of California where he was a Vice President in several functional areas: Product Development, Enrollment/Billing, and IT Applications.

 

Mr. Wadsworth holds a Masters in Business Administration from Cornell University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Katholieke Universiteit in Leuven, Belgium.
