Bolder Options is seeking two full-time AmeriCorps Groundwork Fellows for the 2026-2027 service year.

Help build new opportunities for young people by creating career exploration experiences for middle school youth and expanding leadership and internship opportunities for high school students. 

​

If you enjoy creating programs, working with youth, and turning ideas into action, we'd love to talk with you.

​

Depending on the position, you'll help:

• Design career and college exploration activities for youth ages 11-13

• Develop leadership opportunities for high school students

• Build internship and employer partnerships

• Create resources, curriculum, and tools that will strengthen Bolder Options programming for years to come

• Pilot new ideas and help evaluate their impact

 

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in youth development, education, nonprofit leadership, recreation, social work, or community engagement.

Groundwork Fellows apply through the Minnesota Alliance with Youth, which coordinates all AmeriCorps placements.
