On September 17, our Creative Sponsor, Charizma Agency, will transform the venue into an immersive, comic-inspired world. Vibrant projections will cover the walls, superhero mentor and mentee pairs will appear throughout the space, and guests can explore interactive elements and a photo experience that feels like stepping inside a comic book.
The setting may be new, but the heart of Bolder Bash remains the same. It is still a night to celebrate the mentors who show up week after week for young people and to raise the support that makes those relationships possible.
Because real superheroes do not always wear capes. Sometimes, they are simply trusted adults who choose to stand in a young person’s corner.
What to Expect
5:30 PM | Assemble & Mingle
Start the night with drinks and a variety of hearty food stations, with plenty of options for a full dinner, while you explore the immersive Royalston Square experience, check out the silent auction, connect with friends and supporters, and step into our superhero world. This is a stand-and-mingle experience, with no seated dinner, so grab a plate, grab a drink, and enjoy the evening! Enjoy a full cash bar throughout the night, plus a complimentary signature Power Up Shot to help activate your superpowers.
7:00 PM | The Main Event
Refill your drink and take a seat for a short program featuring stories of courage, connection, and real-life superheroes making a difference for youth. We’ll celebrate our 2026 award recipients, hear inspiring stories from the Bolder Options community, and launch into an exciting live auction featuring some incredible experiences.
8:00–9:00 PM | Celebrate & Connect
The main event may be over, but the celebration isn't. Enjoy fun cupcakes and more drinks, continue conversations and spend time with the people who make the Bolder Options community so special.
A Night to Celebrate Real-Life Superheroes
The Bolder Bash is more than a night out. It is an opportunity to celebrate the mentors, youth, families, volunteers, donors, partners and supporters who make mentoring possible.
Our program will feature stories from the Bolder Options community, a live auction, a Fund-a-Need opportunity and plenty of time to connect with the people who believe that every young person deserves someone in their corner.
We’ll also celebrate Glen Desouza and Halley Sobeck who have made an extraordinary impact on Bolder Options.
Halley’s Bolder Options story is deeply connected to our Rochester community, we have organized 30 passenger bus for our Rochester community to assemble and celebrate with Halley.
